Changing Outcomes
Nice to meet you
I’m Natsayi — a Naturopathic Nutritionist, autism specialist, and mum to a child who once refused nearly every food.
I’ve lived the chaos of mealtime battles and the heartbreak of watching my child struggle with gut pain and food fear. But through root-cause healing, sensory support, and gentle food expansion, I helped my son rebuild trust with food — and I’ve helped hundreds of other families do the same.
This program is the step-by-step system I wish I had. It’s practical, realistic, and made for children like yours.

Who It’s ForÂ
This program is perfect for you if:
-
Your child has 5 or fewer safe foods they’ll eat
-
Mealtimes cause meltdowns, anxiety, or frustration
-
You’re tired of trying everything — and nothing working
-
Your child is autistic and sensitive to textures or smells
-
You want to gently and respectfully help them eat more variety

My child has now been accepted into the mainstream school and is doing well. When she was two, she never said a word. Now she is the most talkativeÂ
