Who Am I?
My name is Natsayi Dunira.
I am a naturopathic nutritionist with a special interest in brain, nervous system, and metabolic health.
My work focuses on helping individuals understand the biological roots of exhaustion, anxiety, burnout, and loss of resilience — particularly through the lens of minerals, metabolism, and nervous system regulation.
I came to this work through both clinical training and lived experience. After supporting my own family through complex health challenges, I saw firsthand how often we are asked to cope, endure, and self-sacrifice — without anyone looking at what their bodies are carrying.
Over the years, I have worked with families and individuals across the world, supporting them to move away from symptom-chasing and toward root-cause, biology-led healing. My approach is practical, evidence-informed, and deeply respectful of the body’s need for nourishment and safety.
This reset reflects how I work:
