About Your Guide
My name is Natsayi Dunira.
I’m a Naturopathic Nutritionist who has supported hundreds of children and families across more than 35 countries over the past decade.
The majority of children who come into my clinic present with challenges around eating. Picky eating is one of the most common concerns I see — particularly among children with autism, but also across the wider paediatric population.
Over the years, I’ve noticed a clear pattern.
There are two types of families.
One group implements the foundational biological steps, and their child begins eating within seven days.
The other group struggles to move forward — not because they don’t care, not because they aren’t trying, but because they don’t have a clear, simple framework for what to do first.
This course was created to bridge that gap.
Inside this training, I’m sharing the exact foundational approach that has helped those families succeed — a gentle, holistic, naturopathic nutritional framework that supports the nervous system, digestion, and mineral status so appetite can return naturally.
It is my desire that you will be one of the families who sees change in this season.

JOIN NOWDon’t Wait Another 6 Months
Every month that passes is another month your child’s brain is trying to function without the fuel it needs.
A hungry brain is not a stubborn brain.
It’s a struggling brain.
The brain depends heavily on consistent nourishment — minerals, protein, fats, and stable blood sugar — to regulate mood, focus, sleep, and appetite.
When food intake is limited, the nervous system becomes more reactive.
When the nervous system is reactive, eating becomes harder.
And the cycle continues.
You don’t have to stay in that cycle.
